Sympathy card

   What a beautiful weekend this has been in Northern Virginia. Friday in the 70's, yesterday in the low 60's but with 50 mile an hour wind. But hey, it was sunny so how can I complain? Today is nice out also...enough that I could wear sandals while running a few errands. AND The Washington Capitals won this afternoon so I am very happy!
   I made a sympathy card to share with you today. This has to be one of the hardest cards to create. I'm sending it to my friend Joan, over at Joan's Garden, because her mother passed away last week. If you've never been to her blog, please visit her and share some love. She carries everything you need for your papercrafting  in her shop.

    Very nice sympathy card! I use lavender a lot for sympathy cards as well. I scrolled down through your posts and see some great items. :) Thank you for visiting my blog!

    Beautiful card Sharon, shame you needed to make a sympathy card, I am sure your friend will appreciate the thought you put into creating it for her.
